We travelled over to Gunwalloe Church near Helston to capture Caroline + Mike’s big day. If you aren’t familiar with the venue, check out the tv series Doc Martin that recently featured the church in one of the new season episodes this year. Its a gorgeous ancient intimate church right beside the beach and a brilliant setting for the Cornwall couples wedding.
We didn’t manage to make it down onto the beach as unlucky for us all, the heavens just opened up as soon as we literally went outside of the church after the ceremony so it was a mad dash back to the reception at Trebah Gardens near Falmouth. A similar story there, we had to make a timed attempt to get outside to get Caroline + Mike some outdoor images around the gardens and we just about managed to get a few locations in. Here are some of our takes from the few hours we spent with them.
